Support
Something not working, or a question about your subscription? Start with the answers below. If you don’t find yours, email us and we’ll reply as soon as we can.
Email stef@stefcarlstedt.com- How do I contact support?
- Email stef@stefcarlstedt.com. Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot helps. Please leave out names and birth details.
- How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
- Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose The Family Decoder. You can also tap Manage subscription on the Premium screen in the app. Apple handles all billing, so cancellations and refunds go through Apple.
- I already subscribed. How do I restore it on a new phone?
- Open the Premium screen and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.
- How do I delete my family’s information?
- In the app, go to Profile and tap Delete all my data. Everything stored on your phone is removed. This does not cancel a subscription, so cancel that separately as described above.
- Where is my information stored?
- On your phone only. The app has no account system and we do not keep your family’s profiles on a server. See the privacy policy for the few cases where information is sent to calculate a chart or generate guidance.
- My chart looks wrong or won’t calculate.
- Check the birth date, the time and especially the birth place, because the time zone comes from the place you pick. If you are unsure of the birth time, you can enter the chart manually. If it still fails, email us with the place you searched for.
- Is this medical or psychological advice?
- No. Human Design is a reflective lens, and the guidance in the app is meant to support your own understanding. It is not a diagnosis or a substitute for a professional. If someone may be in danger, contact emergency services (911 in the US and Canada) or the 988 crisis line.
- Where can I get the app?
- The Family Decoder is for iPhone and is offered in the United States and Canada.
How your information is handled is explained in the privacy policy.
