What exactly is Human Design — and is it business-relevant?
Human Design isn't a mystical concept. It's a framework that reveals how each team member is wired to perform, communicate and thrive. Not a surface-level personality test, but a deep, actionable understanding of how your team actually works.
We've tried MBTI and StrengthsFinder — how is this different?
Those are self-reported, and shift with mood and perception. Human Design is based on birth data, so it describes how someone is wired rather than how they described themselves on the day they took the test.
Will my team understand or take this seriously?
Yes. We strip away the jargon and deliver insights in language your team actually uses. Most teams walk away feeling more seen and understood than they ever have in a workplace setting.
Do we need to do a lot of prep beforehand?
No. All we need is your team's basic birth information, and we handle the rest. Everything is delivered in an easy-to-follow format for both leaders and team members.
What if our team is remote?
The entire experience is designed to work virtually. Live sessions, detailed reports and team debriefs are all delivered online.
Will this help with hiring or expanding?
Yes. The blueprint gives you a way to onboard more effectively, design roles around how people actually thrive, and write job descriptions that speak to real strengths.
