Stefanie Carlstedt Terms and Conditions

By purchasing any program or service from Stef Carlstedt Coaching, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. SERVICES

Stef Carlstedt Coaching, LLC provides coaching, leadership development, and educational services, including but not limited to:

  • 12-Week One-on-One Coaching

  • 30-Day Group Coaching

  • Team Blueprint (Corporate / Team-Based Coaching)

All services are provided for educational and developmental purposes only and do not constitute therapy, counseling, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice.

2. PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS

  • 12-Week One-on-One Coaching: $5,000 USD

  • 30-Day Group Coaching: $597 USD

  • Team Blueprint: Custom pricing based on team size and scope

Payment plans are available. By enrolling in a payment plan, Client agrees to complete all payments in full, regardless of attendance, participation, or completion.

Failure to submit payment may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of access

  • Removal from the program

  • Collections or legal action if necessary

3. NO REFUNDS / NO CHARGEBACKS

All sales are final.

There are no refunds, partial refunds, credits, transfers, or chargebacks under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Client non-participation

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Early termination

  • Dissatisfaction with outcomes

  • Failure to use coaching time

By completing your purchase, you explicitly waive the right to dispute or reverse charges.

4. COACHING CALLS & ACCESS

  • Coaching includes one (1) 45-minute call per week, unless otherwise specified in writing.

  • Calls must be scheduled through the provided scheduling link.

  • Missed calls without proper notice are forfeited.

  • Calls do not roll over and will not be rescheduled unless agreed upon in writing.

  • Group and team calls follow the schedule provided at the start of the container.

Client is responsible for showing up on time, prepared, and engaged.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Client understands and agrees:

  • Results are not guaranteed

  • Success depends on Client’s effort, implementation, and decision-making

  • Coaching is collaborative, not directive

Stef Carlstedt Coaching, LLC makes no guarantees regarding income, business growth, leadership outcomes, or specific results.

Client remains fully responsible for all actions, decisions, and outcomes.

6. TEAM & CORPORATE SERVICES (TEAM BLUEPRINT)

For Team Blueprint services:

  • Coaching is provided at the organizational level

  • Individual employee results are not guaranteed

  • Pricing and scope are determined prior to engagement

  • Unauthorized sharing of materials outside the contracted team is prohibited

The Company is not responsible for internal company decisions, HR actions, or employment outcomes.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, frameworks, recordings, processes, and content are the sole intellectual property of Stef Carlstedt Coaching, LLC.

Client may not copy, share, distribute, resell, or reproduce any materials without written consent.

Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

All coaching discussions are confidential.

Client agrees not to disclose:

  • Private information shared by other participants

  • Internal team discussions or recordings

  • Proprietary frameworks or processes

9. TERMINATION

Stef Carlstedt Coaching, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if Client:

  • Fails to uphold payment obligations

  • Is disruptive, disrespectful, or unethical

  • Violates boundaries or confidentiality

  • Acts in a way that compromises the integrity of the container

No refunds will be issued in the event of termination.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States.

Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.

11. AGREEMENT

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

  • Agree to be legally bound by them

  • Accept full responsibility for your participation and outcomes
