I’ve never been someone who’s been able to push through exhaustion to accomplish really anything lol that often left me feeling lazy or inadequate or that something wasn’t right because hustle culture is so prominent. After learning about my human design from Stephanie, I’ve learned that rest is one of the most important things that I can do for myself in order to live in alignment with who I was made to be.
