The Messy Middle: Why It Feels Like Everything’s Falling Apart (But Isn’t)
Hey, beautiful soul… welcome back to The Human Design Advantage.
Today… we’re going there.
Into the part that no one talks about.
The part between who you were and who you’re becoming…
what I call the messy middle.
It’s the part that doesn’t look pretty on a vision board.
It’s not polished or confident.
It’s the part where you question everything —
the job, the business, the relationships, even yourself.
And yet… it’s the most sacred part of all.
I remember when I was in it.
Everything in my life looked fine from the outside —
the business was running, the boxes were checked,
but inside, something was crumbling.
And then my world actually did crack open —
through loss, through grief, through this deep realization that the life I had built
was built from someone else’s blueprint, not mine.
That was my breaking point…
but also my awakening.
Because it’s in that breaking open that I found Human Design —
and more importantly, I found me.
Not the version of me that had learned how to perform or please.
Not the one who kept everything running while feeling empty inside.
But the one who was wired differently —
the one who was born to lead, to create, to disrupt, to feel deeply,
and to do it all in a way that made sense for my energy.
So if you’re listening right now and you’re in that in-between —
where everything old feels like it’s falling apart
but nothing new has quite landed yet —
I want you to know this:
you’re not failing.
You’re being recalibrated.
The messy middle isn’t proof that you’re lost —
it’s proof that you’re waking up.
Because once you start living your Human Design —
once you start making decisions from your authority instead of fear —
you can’t unknow it.
You can’t go back to sleep.
And that means the parts of your life built from conditioning
will start to shake.
And that shaking?
That’s not destruction.
That’s alignment making room for what’s true.
I feel this shift so strongly right now —
not just in my life, but in the collective.
This is the New Era we’re stepping into.
Where we’re no longer chasing someone else’s definition of success,
but remembering our own.
Where we stop trying to fit into systems that drain us,
and instead, create new ways —
human ways —
that work by design.
That’s why this work matters so much to me.
It’s not about learning Human Design just to understand yourself.
It’s about embodying it so fully that you become an example of what’s possible.
So that your kids see peace instead of pressure.
So your team feels seen, not managed.
So your business becomes an expression of your energy — not a drain on it.
This is what I mean when I say “The New Era.”
It’s not coming.
It’s here.
And you — you’re one of the ones who will feel it first.
So if you’re in that messy middle today…
If you’re holding it all together while secretly wondering when it gets easier —
this is your reminder:
You’re not behind.
You’re not broken.
You’re becoming.
Keep trusting your process.
Keep following what feels like truth, even if it doesn’t make sense yet.
Your design knows the way.
And when you start letting it lead —
everything that’s meant for you will finally have the space to arrive.
If this episode hit home for you,
take a second to pause and breathe that in.
And if you’re ready to understand your own Human Design
and see where you are in your own messy middle —
you can grab your free chart and mini reading in the show notes below.
Until next time —
keep unlearning everything the world told you to be…
and start remembering who you already are.
